Image Bank - Fishes

Goatfishes feed on small sand-dwelling invertebrates.They search out prey by burrowing into the soft sediment, blowing jets of water into the sand and stirring up clouds of sediment, sometimes until their entire head is buried. They are usually accompanied by a small group of other species, such as Wrasses.
